How to use imperial measuments when logging food, Samsung Health

I'm trying to keep track of my food and health this year using samsung health, but im a dumb American who doesnt have a concept for how much a gram of anything is. Is there a way to change the serving size units to Imperial measuments (teaspoons, cups, ounces, ect.)? If i have to keep refering to labels every time I try to log something then there isnt much ppint in me using this app...
