How to use s6 as mouse for pc

Hi☺ Not a real tech person so please can any1 help me out.. put app on my s6 called pc remote by beta in attemp to use my s6 as my pc mouse..I have never ever connected my phone to my pc via wifi so this will sound silly but i have no internet credit on my pc though i do on my s6..can i connect them via wifi with only the s6 having internet cred..i do no enough to use tethering but the mouse app said i need them both on wifi network..feel really stupid..please help

Umm... i dont think you can use your phone as a mouse for PC. Might be a false prank app.

To connect your phone to your PC to control your PC, which is what I assume you are trying to do, both devices must have wifi access. You cannot use your app if your PC does not have wifi.
