How to view Pocket Casts on my PC?

I am a recent convert to Android from iPhone 4S. I have Pocket Casts on 4.4.2 and I have some video podcasts I would like to watch, but as I'm at home, I would rather watch them on my PC monitor. My internet connection is slow so I don't want to have to download it again. One feature of iTunes that I liked is that it would sync both ways between the iPhone and iTunes so I could choose which device to watch content on. Is there a similar feature in Android, and is it possible with Pocket Casts?
