how to xfer e-pub books from ADE to Nexus?

I'm clueless. I downloaded E-pub library books onto my PC which I open w/Adobe Digital Editions.

I have Aldiko on my GNEX. The adobe digtal editions does not recognized my GNEX when I plug it in to my usb port. Eg, I have a rooted Nook Color w/Aldiko on it. All I do is plug the nook in and it shows up as a place to drag my book files?

Is there a way to load these files?
