There might be a pdf owner manual produced; there was one for the S21 series. That should help. But I found setup of phones, even from one brand to another are basically the same.
It pretty much will lead you through the set up when you first turn it on. Usually starting with language then to connecting to internet, updates of software, account log in, security update (four digit password, fingerprint and/or facial etc.
If coming from another google phone, you can backup your existing google phone (apps, settings, etc.) and then when setting up the new phone copy it over from the backup. However,, many (including me) do a new setup. That way we can weed out apps we never used. So I do not use a backup, I go to play store and pick the apps I want, then do all the settings from scratch. Takes a lot longer time, but not possible bugs from the previous phone can jump over to the new one; if there are any bugs.
SIM card comes from your provider. However if you currently have a phone, you should have a SIM card in it and if the same size (guessing the S22 will come with the pretty much standard NANO size card) just swap it out of the old phone and place into the new phone. It should then work. I was told by a Verizon rep in a store, plus via phone with a Tracfone person, a SIM card from a phone that is currently getting LTE service should work in a newer phone, even to get 5G service. And that worked for me when I took my SIM out of my 4XL and placed it into a S21U for a few days. I did receive 5G when going into town and my 4XL does not have that option.
If you need a new SIM card, just stop by your providers factory store and they normally will give you one for free. I have hard a privately owned provider store might charge a buck or two.
Guess the only hint and don't do is already covered. Don't pull over a backup from a previous phone. But some will disagree. It's basically up to you.
If you run into a more specific question; ask.
