How Verify if new screen is genuine

I broke my screen of my LG G8S and I bought a new one.

The seller sold me as genuine.

Is there a way to verify if it's genuine for real?

If it works then probably is genuine. Otherwise, short of taking it apart and looking? Not really.
You could try an app like HW info, might be something in there .

If it has part number on it try comparing online to other screen look up or using a Google search with number see what pops up , if not be pretty hard .
