how would i flash a proscan google android 4.4 tablet where might a find that factory image as well?

yeah i can get to the reccovery screen i tried all opts...with a sucesssful fair each time. no system now. it starts at the large logo screen then drops to the small logo and stays there. dont know how but did get it to the actual home page then setup wizrad shutsdown...did make it to the settings before it to quits. i had a nice utility program but i spaced ....i moved what i said not too. flashing a new image will fixed right?
