How yo separate call volume from notifications volume

I'd like notification for emails, messaging, WhatsApp to be silent while phone calls set to mid volume.

Is there any app or method that allows this?

You can set the notifications to Priority and then select all calls to go through.

Just use priority mode. Make phone calls priority, set your volume, and only calls and alarms will make noise. All other notifications will be silent.
