How's aftermarket for Oneplus One??

Hi guys,
I am planning to get oneplus one, but I've seen in reviews, that customer support is worst especially here in India.
So how's the market for its parts mainly LCD, battery & so on, especially in Mumbai as I am living in here. Because going to customer support is jst useless as they are reluctant in helping out people.
