How's the fingerprint scanner here

Is the s10e fingerprint scanner reachable? Also does a slight touch work?

I'm actually really pleased/impressed with the FPS sensor.

I wouldn't say a light touch will unlock it but not too much force, if that makes sense. It's really accurate and convenient.

I've only had an under screen FPS sensor on my OP6T and it was 50/50 as far as accuracy imo. I prefer this one way more.

How is it using the FP sensor with your left hand? I’m a righty but often use my phone in both hands.

I'm left handed. I set up my forefinger and middle finger of my left hand which wrap around the back of the phone. Works ok although my Spigen case can block my finger from touching the power button properly so I have to fiddle a bit sometimes. Easier to use right thumb. The handset is prejudiced against us lefties!!

I wish this phone had the fingerprint scanner on the back like S9. The S9 fingerprint scanner was a dream.

It's great IMO...you get 4 prints so I did my:

Right Thumb
Right Index
Left Index
Left Middle

I think with those 4, it pretty much has me covered with very little strain no matter how I'm holding the phone.

I never answered this for myself but it works decently. My placement seems to be continuously improving even though I do fail here and there and just prefer to put in the pin instead. It's a bit of a left hand user challenge but not a deal breaker for me.

I have my right thumb, right index, and left index which wraps around the little beast.

Face unlock usually unlocks the phone before I know it.
