HSUPA speeds?

Are people seeing hsupa speeds on their captivate phones? I can't get anything faster than 350kbps. I could swear I read that this phone had hsupa.

According to the specs it is supposed to be HSDPA 7.2 capable.

If by HSUPA you are actually talking about upload speed, then consider yourself lucky. I can't get more than about 130kbps up on my Nexus. I north of Baltimore. I tried the captivate in ATT store and downloaded the speed test app and had similar results. HSDPA download speeds are usually great at 1.6Mbps to 3.0Mbps. Except in the building where I work where I get 200-500kbps.

I live in the Oswego IL. area and get really great speeds in my house.
