Welcome to Android Central! Can you clarify your question, please? Are you asking how you can upload an HD video you took with the phone's video camera to a cloud drive? If so, go to the Gallery or Photos apps, select the video, then tap the Share button, and select your cloud storage of choice (if you don't have any others installed, use Google+ or Google Drive). Be aware that uploading on mobile data also counts against your data allotment, so you might want to do it on wi-fi instead.
