HTC 10 Headphone jack, and Fingerprint scanner questions

The 1/8'' headphone jack on my HTC 10 doesnt work with headphones. it works fine with the Aux plug in my car, but headphones i get nothing. since i started using bluetooth only bluetooth headphones work.

With the finger print scanner it doesnt respond at all if the phone has been asleep for 10 minutes or more. i have to use the pattern password lock to get it.

HTC has taken down the HTC 10 support from there website, and Sprint wont do anything.

A factory reset would be the first step, you could try a cache wipe before that and see.

Every so often, my fingerprint scanner has trouble recognizing my fingers. I wipe the scanner down with a Clorox wipe, then reset the fingerprints. Usually makes it work great again. Not sure about the headphone jack issue. Have you tried multiple headsets? If you get the aux cable to work, it may be the headphone cable and not the phone's jack. The phone doesn't know what kind of cable you plugged into it.

Oh, and not sure where you looked, but I still see the 10 on the HTC support site.
