HTC 10 or Galaxy s7?

Ive narrowed it down to these two phones.

S7 pros:
Better screen
Smaller footprint
Lighter
Prefer software (samsung experience 9.0+)
Better camera although i dont snap too many pictures

HTC 10 pros:
Prefer the button placements
I like the capacative fingerprint sensor rather than having to press a button on s7
Better speakers
A lot cheaper

I really cannot choose lol. I had to go back to 2016 flagships because i despise the new 18:9 aspect ratio. Has anyone owned both of these phones? I am leaning towards the HTC 10 right now because of the fingerprint sensor and the buttons are in the correct spot. But the brighter/better screen on the s7 is just as appealing tbh, gah cant decide lol.

Hmm no one owned both of these? Close to 100 dollar difference between them, is it worth the extra for the better screen on the samsung?
