T-Mobile Galaxy S8 HTC 10 to S8 data transfer

I was set and ready to do a full data transfer from my HTC 10 to the Samsung galaxy S8 and I ran into a problem. Smart Switch is not compatable with the HTC 10. Any suggestions on where to go from here? Something secure and able to do a full data transfer.... pics, music, apps and app data, etc..?

I should have mentioned that I want to avoid cloud services.

If you have your photos, music on your htc10 sdcard you will be golden if you used that same sdcard in the S8 and your Google account for your apps
