HTC 10 Upgrade to Andoird 7 Crashs the camera App

[AC Question]

On HTC 10 I have updated to Android 7 Nougat , through software upgrade.
after that the camera App crashed and stopped working
tried all online solutions:
clear cash, wipe cash portion , reset firmware . but not luck.
now I am downloading the marshmallow flash!

Yeah if the factory reset didn't work, download the ruu and try again. Sounds like you had a bad runtime error while updating. If possible, do the nougat ruu from HTC.com
What model do you have(carrier branded, international, us unlocked...)?

(international , Locked, not carrier branded)

At HTC I found only the US RUU 2.41.617.3
I tried to flash it directly from exe and using adb fastboot but it gives me
E: signature verification failed
one site said the international ruu is not released yet they just released the ota.

even with marshmallow stock firmware is not working :S
I used the files (410) from below link:

Well that explains it. They pulled the OTA update for the EU international 10. Probably for that reason. Sounds like they had an app ART problem and they are working on a fix. My only advice to you would be to use the sunshine tool( http://theroot.ninja/apks/SunShine-latest.apk ) , pay the $25 to s-off and download the htc ruu for the unlocked U.S. model ( https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...2Fsupport%2From-downloads.html&token=aqS3J3pH )and then you will have the nougat that I've been on since late November. Runs great. Worth the $25 unless you want to wait or root your phone. Then you'd have to unlock the bootloader, install custom recovery and then use a custom ROM. You have options. Just now the question is what would you rather do. They should have a fix for the EU international 10 in the next couple of weeks.

Sorry for the late reply, I don't want to void the warrenty of the device, now I am suspecting it to be Hardware issue! even I am 100% sure that camera was working before the update, and no physical accidents (like phone fell,,,) happened :S

I tried the RUU you sent (Thanks ) but still unfortunately I am getting "Could not start Camera"

kindly could you help me getting a stock RUU for stock OS. all the one I found didn't work with me (Even they mention its EU)

with ADB and many other similar downloads. but no luck .. it shows "Main version NOT ALLOWED" " 19 RU_MAIN_VER_FAIL os-version in android-info missing"
