htc 10 verizon software not updated to 1.19.605.22

I am getting this message on my HTC 10 on Verizon after updating my phone. My phone is showing the proper software number so I can't get it to update. HTC Sync manager alerts that there is an update but then shows my phone as updated. Any thoughts?
 
If that doesn't work try a factory data reset and don't install any apps. Make sure to backup your data first.

All else fails contact Verizon . They will issue you a replacement
 
The cache partition clear worked temporarily. Then the same error showed up. Error 409

What is your current software number now?
Have you tried to contact HTC?

Seems it is not realiable when getting an update on htc phones... hmm.
