HTC 1X speaker phone volume

Has anyone had any trouble turning the volume down on the speakerphone for the HTC 1X. Mine won'
t go down...Thanks..

My speaker volume is too low since the last update....trying to find a solution to that problem.....no problem of going down...sounds like you have a hardware defect..

The answer to this problem is that in order for the in-phone volume or speaker phone volume to be controlled by the volume control, the blue tooth must be turned off in the settings. If the bluetooth is "on" then that is the only volume that can be controlled by the volume control....
