HTC Arrive, whats the deal?

So I was at the Radioshack website and I saw that for New Sprint customers this "HTC Arrive" is available for Pre-Order. Anybody have any word on this?

Yeah man...that's a Windows Phone 7 device. Do a search on Google, there are quite a few video reviews available as well.
