I tried to take advantage of an emailed Sprint.com loyalty offer in which I could get the Bolt for $10 per month for 24 months. That is after a $120 discount. Unfortunately every time I go to Sprint.com I just get jibberish on the screen. If you can not log into sprint.com then there is no help. Nobody at any of the Sprint phone numbers or stores can/will help. Sprint is really a mess. I have been with them about 6 years and they just keep getting worse. I just came from a Cricket store where the Cricket network was exactly twice as fast as my Sprint. Cricket had 10 mps and Sprint 5 mps. Sprint buyout is about $165. I'm thinking.
