What are you trying to do? Unlock the Bootloader?

Check the HTC unlock thread on XDA. I have a zip file with the 4 files you need.

I wanted to ask you over there, but I'll ask here... ;-)
Do you still need the SDK, or just your magic zip file?

looked and didnt find those files man..ive deleted and reinstalled way to many times...says i dont have the adb.exe,AdbWinApi.dll,fastboot.exe files..ive done this before and never had this much trouble cracking a phone..anywhere i can get these files? ive tried reinstalling sdk way to many times! thanks

Ok heres the link to the files. Let's start there.

Android Forums - View Single Post - HTCDev.com Unlock - Perm Root - Amon Ra or CWM Recovery

Extract the file. If you only see one file, turn hidden/system files off in explorer and you will see all 4. Those are all the files you'll need. To unlock, then you'll need to root. Here's a link for that too.

Here's a guide to everything as well, but feel free to ask questions if you get stuck.

It's because you have "don't show hidden files" checked under folder options in Windows.

Scott should *really* remove the hidden flag.. it's just not common practice.

Scott? Have I posted in his threads so much that I'm being confused for him now?? lol

Not at all, I just assumed he grabbed the files from his site.

Regardless, if one is distributing software, the hidden flag should be removed, as it creates issues such as this while providing zero benefit.
