HTC cdma and gsm ?

hey guys, here in the Bahamas we only have gsm. the phone to have here is BB because everyone has bb and uses the bbm. i on the other hand want to ditch the bb and get a HTC android phone. the issue i have is that all of the wow phones they bring out are cdma. like the thunderbolt and evo 4g. now the evo 3d is comming out and from what i have read its cdma also. why dosent HTC make a gsm version exact like the cdma counterpart for gsm band network countries. sad to say if i cant get a wow HTC phone then i will have to settle for a bb until.

The Desire HD/Inspire is very similar to the Thunderbolt, and is a GSM phone. That may be what you're looking for.

Also there are more phones rumored from to be on T-Mobile made by HTC. CTIA is already here, well a couple more days, but ya.

thanks for the input. was looking at the htc pyramid and seen on a few post that its a gsm phone. dont know how true it is but if it is then i will be getting that phone. if not the inspire 4g will be for me even though it dosent have a forward cam. here is link from phonearena.

You can also get the upcoming HTC Incredible S. Its a GSM with a front facing camera and is fairly powerful.
