My phone turns on and off all the time. When it comes on I just have a blue screen? I have taken the battery out for a few hours and replaced it but that hasn't fixed the problem

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like either a corrupt firmware or a hardware failure. There may not be much you can do besides bring it to a repair shop (or contact HTC if it's under warranty).

Though this post is a month old...
Check the HTC website, you should be able to get the stock firmware there.

Flash it and go man!
