HTC Desire 620 Theme Colours Have Become Mixed

Hi - I have a HTC Desire 620 and recently the colour theme on the phone has become "mixed" - i.e. if I select the orange accent theme, my app background is dark blue, as well as the browser bar on my internet browser, whereas it defienitely used to match the theme, and would be a shade of orange.

I can't seem to change it regardless of the theme I select, both of these areas remain dark blue, and I'm sure previously these matched the themes I had selected. Anyone come across this before and can suggest a solution?
