HTC Desire 820 (OPFJ400 D820N) Locked even after Unlock process

Hi, i got this phone since a couple of years now, and i gave it to my father, and one day he called me and said " the phone does'nt work anymore, i've got a weird screen with multiple colors"

So, i've tried to factory reset from the hboot menu first, also tried a simple reboot and it didn't changed anything, the phone reboot everytime to the same screen :

After looking around on the internet, i've seen a bunch of people having the same problems, and almost all of them managed to solve it.

I've been to htc website in order to get my Unlock.bin file, after that, i typed fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin , the phone gave me this message "Unlock bootloader ?" , i pressed the power button after selecting yes. And after a few moments, the phone rebooted to the same screen, with nothing changed on it.

So i tried to flash twrp on it anyway but it gave me this :

I also tried to put a stock firmware (0PFJIMG_A51_UL_K44_DESIRE_SENSE60_Orange_FR-B2B_1.28.73.2_Radio_01.01.010_U10305041_08.01.41222_2_release_420793_signed) on a sdcard, then reboot to hboot, but i got this message :

After that, i typed the cmd

I don't know what else can i do

Have i done something wrong ? Maybe the wrong firmwares ?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get this phone new or used? If it was used, do you know if the previous owner had rooted it and installed a custom ROM?
