Re: HTC Evo 3d General things and questions from an android conve
The battery use for watching your movies sounds about right. Especially 3D movie viewing... I tested the battery and went for basically 3 1/2 hours of nonstop 3D movie viewing. And iPhone screen is nowhere close to a qHD screen both in size and power consumption. That's where most of our juice goes to. Either buy another battery just for the bus or return the phone if this is an issue, but it shouldn't be a surprise.
Audio on the device as far as speaker goes... sucks... but I don't have any problems with it on headphones... I have a Bose QC15 noise cancelling which work perfectly... the Panasonic RP-HC55 noise cancelling works well also; but I normally use my Bose for noise cancelling otherwise a cheap set of normal Sony earbuds that were $20 which happens to work just as well as long as I turn SRS or HTC 5.1 on... SRS just sounds like a lot of bass, HTC 5.1 sounds really good when watching movies and pretty loud.
