HTC EVO 4G FLASH ISSUE

After I updated to 2.2 froyo I'm having issues with flash. When I see a video or flash required field all I see is a little green arrow. When I click on it, it goes back to home screen each time? Please help me with anything you might have to fix this issue. I have tried everything I know? Has anybody else had this issue?

The green arrow is supposed to be there. When you click it, the video should load. What site are you referring to?

Make sure that flash is enabled in your browser's menu settings.

Are you using the stock browser?
Rooted or unrooted?
Did you update flash (don't do it if you haven't)?

The green arrow means you have your plugin settings (which includes flash) set to "on demand".

The #1 reason for it to crash when you try to run the flash content is you installed the fake 10.1 (the one that supposedly gave Flash 10.1 on 2.1 Eclair, but didn't) that was blogged about a while ago. You'll need to install that fake 10.1 again, uninstall it, and then install the real 10.1 from the market.

Hence why I asked the third question ;D It's pretty obvious that most people that are having issues like this are the types of folks that need to wait for OFFICIAL releases and patches.

My phone is not rooted. I tried to uninstall flash but it will not let me. Says Uninstall not successful.

What do you type to find flash 10.1 in the market? I don't see it anywhere
