HTC EVO 4G - Is there a way to download text/sms messages from Evo 4G to my PC for future reference?

I am hoping to find a way to download all of my text messages from my HTC Evo 4G to my PC for future reference. I will be selling my Evo 4G within the next week and there are some messages that I would really like to keep, but I cannot seem to find a *FREE* way (or any way really for that matter!) to keep these.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
