HTC EVO 4G LTE - Any way to Mass Unlock locked sms messages??

have about 3000 locked messages in my phone from one person.. Stock sms backup/restore wont include them(tried to move them to a new device).. anyway to unlock all of them at once vs one at a time?

otherwise, anyone know a backup/restore app that DOES include locked messages??
