?In a twist to the US? import ban on various HTC Corp (宏達電) smartphones, the company yesterday said some of its products blocked by US customs because of patent-infringement concerns had been allowed to enter the US market after passing the customs? review.?

3.Relationship to the Company (please enter "head office" or "affiliate company"):Head Office
4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios:N/A
5.Cause of occurrence:Each imported HTC model must be reviewed by Customs and will be released once Customs officials have completed the inspection. Some models have gone through inspection and been released to our carriers customers. We don't have the status of each specific device model at this time, but we are working closely with Customs. We remain confident that this issue will be resolved soon.
6.Countermeasures:N/A
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:N/A

It doesn't look like it was the Evo. Go the HTC website and the One X says that's it available and the EVO still says "coming soon"

That could be because the evo hasn't been released yet and sprint is the one has to put the"new" release date

They just need to release it. No one cares what day of the week it is, just get it in people's hands already. We've waited long enough and those who stuck by their orders shouldn't have to wait longer for NO reason.
