I have an HTC Evo 4g from Sprint and I just recently rooted it. I had Cyanogen mod 7 installed and was trying to switch the rom to ICS. It switch, but I didn't have the google play store as an app. So, I tried to restore the phone, but I didn't to a backup. I tried a factory reset and it cleared everything from the phone and now I'm stuck on a screen that has HTC in the center and 4 caution symbols on each corner when plugged in. When unplugged it says RUU as the only option where the bootloader would be. I have no idea how to fix this. There's not a lot of info out there on this issue, but I tried to reflash the stock ROM with no success. Please help!!
