Htc Evo Android Market issue

whenever i open android market, it opens and it takes forever to load the first page. When i tap on all application, again samething, it takes long time to load all applications.. i used to hv G1 but i never had this issue..it used to open android market right away but evo has 1Ghz processor, it should load faster than g1 but i dont know wat is the problem..can you guys recommend me somthing...or is somthing wrong with my phone..
