HTC EVO Design 4G - GPS problems

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone is having problems w/ the GPS in the HTC EVO Design 4G stock OS? The GPS seems to only work after a reboot , then when turned off and back on it stops working.

Any and all comments/suggestions/etc. are welcome!
