HTC Extended Battery w/Battery Door

Has anyone tried this yet and does anyone have any pics of how much thicker it actually makes the device? Also does it really hold the charge 50% longer then the stock battery? Have an iPhone 4 but leaning towards changing carriers because AT&T is still on edge here and do not want to wait for the fascinate and the Droid X doesn't have the widgets I want. for $5 more I'd go with the 3500 battery, there are several threads about it here on the Forum. As well as the Sticky threads.

Look for Seidio 3500 thread lots of great info and pic's

I just got the 2150Mah Extended battery yesterday and it's waaaaayyyyyyyy better than the stock battery, no comparison!
I had my phone on from 8Am to 6Pm and had over 50% battery left!
What's incredible is that I streamed internet radio almost the entire day while browsing the web and texting.....also made a handful of calls.
I just can't ask for more than that !!!

Doesn't the camera have the red ring around it on the extended battery cover?

Nope - not with the 3500 either. It does not have any effect on pictures.

no the extended cover goes over the camera...i actually think its better because the phone doesnt rest on the camera lens anymore...no obstruction when taking pictures dont worry

Here is a picture of my phone with the extended battery... i just got my colorlay too. The extended battery is not annoying. I think it makes the phone easier to hold and the battery life is amazing.

I am probably going to order it direct from Verizon(battery and cover) because I get 25% off with my business discount. They also have a money back guarantee too so if I don't need it I could always take it back. I just want the cosmetic thing of having the red housing around the camera lens!

try a colorlay, your whole battery door can be red

Just ordered the Incredible with the 2150 extended battery and door from Verizon Wireless.com.. Cant wait to get it in.

I know it's a personal taste issue. But I'm thinking the 2150 will be the one I end up with because it has HTC on the back door versus Seidio. Still trying to decide for sure if I really need an extended battery because the 1750 is serving me so good right now.
