htc hero crashed (red triangle not movig more from this screen) after official OTA update

Hi everybody.
I used again my italian Hero, but after the 2nd OTA update it is bloched on the red triangle screen!
The 1st time i succeded restoring the base 1.5 firmware.
Unfortunely i accepted the OTA again, but this time the official RUU obtained frim the official site doesn'work.
The hero can do HBOOT/FASTBOOT USB and restore 2e from SD, not the home+power restore. In the SD there's nothing more than my file HEROIMG that I tried to do restart the phone.
Maybe someone canhelp me to restore to the basic 1.5 the Hero?
may someone send the files to pun into the SD to restart the Hero?

How about re-flashing the file?

I don't know why, but after I put in SD the file "update-Hero-HTC-RUS-2.73.411.17-release-signed-rooted.zip" renamed HEROIMG, I let do the HBOOT that unpacked the zip.file without any change; I restart the phone and appeard the logo HERO again but, as I readed on a forum, I waited for 10-15 minutes.
After that I tried the basic RUU_Hero_HTC_WWE_2.73.405.5_WWE_release_signed_NoDriver and the Hero was reset at the native status.
Thank's God.
Maybe in few days I try to root the Hero again.

It's great that it works well again. Try rooting it next time with extra care.
