Main difference is notification bar....I think...Mattias brought some web os goodness to android with interactive notifications![]()
on the nexus u can apparently swipe up from any of the three buttons, palm pre style, and open Google search within any app
Hopefully we get it before the end of the summer. I'm thinking HTC does a general software/firmware update before anything else.

The problem they all have to add their "look" to the phone, it should be android pure just goes right to the phone. I bought the phone for the hardware not htc sense. Coming from samsung, I find it annoying and clunky, also it pisses me off to have to learn a new way of doing everything when I switch a phone. If I bought any windows pc, I know exactly what to do.
Jellybean is essentially ICS with a few additional features and added smoothness. HTC has already built their "look" for ICS, and all they really need to do to bump up to 4.1 is update the code to add in those features. I mean google now is a pretty standard design that I doubt HTC will mess with. The notifications are notifications, it would make no sense for HTC to alter those. Project butter should just make everything run more smoothly. And, since HTC included the ICS button set-up of back/home/multitask, then they can even include the "swipe up from home" functionality that google implemented for google-now.
Hopefully HTC will not do anything drastic, because it seems like they already have everything they need to make this a quick and successful update!
