HTC Listen (beta)' issues

Is this happening to anyone else? When I launch the app it says that I can't use it until it receives an update. I select okay and it closes the app. I was thinking maybe it'd not live yet. Anyone else?

Have you done a complete hard reset of your phone yet? I have been reading in multiple places that this should be done when you first get the phone (for some reason the effect seems to get the phone to fully update itself to the latest available settings and wares).

Have read of various
issues being resolved by doing this (wifi issues, camera issues). So that is what I plan to do first upon taking delivery (less painful that way before I begin customizing the settings to my liking).

Hmm, I havent done it but might. Such a PITA now though. I just wanted it for music. I may just stick with Amazon MP3 for now until it comes out of beta. This is the only issue I have run into.
