Htc m8 bricked... (me being dumb)

Hey guys well me being dumb I tried to install magisk and bricked my phone I need some help kinda desperate tbh this is my backup phone because my main phone (htc 10) got destroyed and I am leaving on a trip on monday anyways I have twrp installed v2.8.6.0 the phone boots up to the htc one logo part and just stays there I tried doing adb sideload but says error executing updater binary in zip what I am trying to do is flash a custom rom thats what I see in the videos and what I think might fix it I looked around the forums before posting this I did see someone else talk about this phone bricked I still dont understand so maybe you guys can help me fix this thanks! and if you where wondering I can get into twrp
