Hi All. I've had this problem on and off since purchasing my phone. I can't hear the caller during a call - I have to use the speaker.
The self diagnostics shows a failure with the audio test.
I've read that stopping the google services play app solves this. It does for a call or two.
Any thoughts on resolving this please? Thanks
