I've had my phone for half a year now and every time I use the GPS the dot is always showing me in a body of water even when I'm on the bus with full bars. I have gps on as well. The iPhone gps seems to always follow my location. Does anyone know a fix for this? I already reset my phone.

That means your either need a full reset of the phone or you need a new phone. GPS on both my M8 is pretty dead on. Verizon and sprint models.

Install GPS Status & Toolbox. Your GPS receiver may not be receiving any signal from inside a metal-bodied bus. At least you'll know by the display. (You can't "fix" being in a shielded box without getting out of it. The M8 receiver may not be as sensitive as the iPhone receiver, or it may be defective. [If the GPS antenna isn't making really good contact, the receiver sensitivity will be terrible. It's a 30 second (plus opening and closing the phone) repair. Opening and closing the phone take longer than the repair itself.])

I just ran the GPS Toolkit. It ran for 5 minutes and was still downloading something. However, nothing happened. The main problem is that when I am walking on the streets I pull out Google Maps to check the location, but it takes 1 minute for the dot to adjust to the correct position.
