Alright so i have a HTC One M8 and the phones been mostly good to me for the couple years ive had it.
Now recently my phone was acting up and i decided to factory reset the phone and start from scratch, and i did. Worked good, but now after some time im getting this extremely annoying bug that is happening. First noticed it in the snapchat app, where i tried to record a video and it wouldnt record saying video failed to record. Then i noticed while scrolling through instagram that NONE of the videos/gifs that are on the timeline or peoples storys would ever load. Just a reload button occurs and if you click it, nothing happens. After that i went into the Camera and tried recording a video there, Which failed saying something along the lines of "Video failed to record" then say "Video failed to save because it contained invalid content." And my phone also screws up when trying to watch videos previously recorded on my phone. When the bug is happening and i click to watch a video the audio would play and just a random screenshot from the video would be displayed. This bug is very annoying as the only way im able to record or watch a video on my phone is to shut the phone down and restart it. And for the time being i can use my phone like normal again. I've tried clearing cache multiple times, and nothing ive found online has been remotely helpful so thats why im here typing this now. Ill try to post screenshots of my exact messages when the issue occurs again. Thank you.
