HTC M8 stuck at pixelated screen

My newly bought HTC M8 stuck at 8 bit pixelated sceen, i cannot reset or get into the menu. what do i do?

Try holding down the power button till the phone turns off. Then reboot.

Fixed it, It was exposed to magnetic field, and went into dot view mode. took me a while to figure out what went wrong. when i brought it back to magnetic field again, it was instantly ok. i think the magnetic effect was in use

Ah alright. That does happen, I've gotten my phone to do that as well with magnests. I had just thought the phone randomly did that.

I'm having the same exact problem this happened after it fell in water though I cannot access my phone at all or answer any calls please help!
