Htc m8 voda uk - root

Hi,
Can someone help me , I am trying to root my HTC M8 lollipop . I have followed the guide at xda

But either I get a read error when I try to openrecovery-twrp-2.8.4.0-m8 from cmd or a e:/map error when i try to go to install from sd
