Hey guys. For some reason my phone keeps turning off and on?

Don't want to erase the phone because I have hundreds of photos I'd like to keep but can't dropbox them or transfer them with a laptop because it doesn't stay on long enough.

Is there any way of getting the photos??

Thanks for having a look

If you can, I would suggest a phone to phone transfer. That was the most efficient way for me to get everything off one and onto another.

Hey thanks for the reply, I wouldn't be able to do a phone 2 phone transfer because my phone only stays on for around ten seconds

Not much time to do anything 😖

Have you tried starting in safe mode? Turn it on and when you see the HTC screen, press and hold the volume down button.

If it is doing it in safe mode, then it won't be a rogue app. Factory reset may fix it if it is software related, not hardware. Sorry. Don't know how you could backup your data if the phone won't stay on. Will it stay on if you boot into recovery? Have you tried wiping the cache?

After trying everything i tried to factory reset it and it wouldn't stay on long enough to do that!

So i brought it back to the shop
Should hear back in a few days

Thanks everybody for the help much appreciated
All the best
