So i've got a few other email accounts that are setup thru the HTC Mail application. Whenever i get an email to those accounts, if that email has a link in it, it just comes thru as text. I can't click on it. I have to copy and paste the text into the browser. In my Gmail app, when i get sent a link, it comes thru as a link. Is there a setting or something that will allow links to appear in my HTC Mail app? Also phone numbers are the same way, they are clickable in gmail but just come thru as text in htc mail app.

thanks for the help!

I haven't seen this problem. I get links all the time that are clickable, but I don't have multiple email accounts so I'm not sure if this plays into your issue or not. People have sent me links before, where they didn't put a space after they copied the link in and this will cause it to not be clickable. If you are sending emails to yourself from another account, put a space in after the link, then send it and see if that makes a difference. This is the only time I have seen a link not be clickable.

is the account set to download a certain amount of the message? Make sure there isnt a limit on how much of an email is downloaded.
