Hi guys, today i decide to backup my files from my HTC One M8 and do a factory reset, but when i connect the phone to the computer ( i try windows and mac and the result is the same ), i can't access to folders like WhatsApp, DCIM and many other but i see only a few part of real files that i have in it...I need to backup all photos/videos to my pc, but I cant access to the most important folders. I use HTC One m8 with latest update that is Marshmallow, change the usb ( that originally was "charging" ) to MTP, PTP and others but i cant see any photo in my PC, if i use htc sync manager after put all permissions to it, i can access all photos, but with Android transfer files or explorer (windows) i dont see anything
