HTC One 4.4.2 update download unsuccessful

When I go to manually update my phone I get the notification to update it but when I click download it says download unsuccessful. Any ideas? I'm using wifi and I I forced stopped the updater in Apps but still not working.

Are you stock, unrooted? If you are not then that may be why. Otherwise, consider a factory reset (backup data first) then see if the update can download afterwards.
