Htc one battery?!

Ok so about 3 weeks ago I bought an htc one 32gb t-mobile model. Everything worked fine except the battery drained quite fast. Approx I'd lose 20% an hour.
So I got a replacement (AT&T), battery was ok with this one (15 percent an hour), but the microphones had serious issues. I got another replacement (a New Zealand Vodafone model). I live in New Zealand. This one has good mic but my sisters s4 mini can last longer which I find wierd.
Last night I didn't charge my htc and it lost 17% overnight.
today in my pocket it lost 4%.
I don't know if the battery is fine because the reviews say that this should last longer
this is my third replacement ._.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

About 10% for a night, wifi&data was on... & no touch just stanby...

Try running it in battery saver mode, especially when you're not using it, like when it's in your pocket.
The picture I've attached shows my usage in power saver mode right now. I've had two phone calls ,5-10 minutes, have sent and received about 50 text, done some light surfing and I've been on tapatalk cruising my forums, etc.

This mode really doesn't effect the performance of the phone. If I were playing a game or doing a bunch of multi tasking I would turn power saver off. I pretty much have it on all the time.

even with power saver on my i get like half a hour more screen time.
anyways, how come my sisters 1900maH battery can last longer than my 2300 maH phone.
(she has s4 mini).
we have the same settings enabled and she does moderate usage (she is elder)
and i have light usage. Even though i have lighter usage (i am 13 yrs old, so i use less), she manages to get more juice out of her phone than me.
it pisses me off.
can i just get an idea on what the hourly battery consumption should be? e.g 15%p/h.
Thanks

What OS version are you on? Your sisters phone isn't near as powerful processor or gpu so they are taking up less battery.
You can install Battery Monitor Widget from the play store to check your usage. It will show how much drain you have going on. It will also show you your how long expected battery will last.

My phone roughly lasts 12-15 hours depending on what I'm doing, LTE always on, constant texting and checking twitter, Gmail set to automatic notification (don't get many though) and playing music through Google play music. At night I lose maybe 10%? Maybe less than that because I take my phone off the charger when I wake up at 2 then go back to sleep, by 3 or 5 hours its down to 95% . I think your one has a application notfully stopping and its taking more battery than it should, I had this happen to snap chat.

Biggest drain on battery is streaming video and browsing on 3g with full brightness. I could burn the battery out in 3 hours given the chance!

Today i had school. I removed my phone off charger at roughly 7 a.m and at school i had 30 min screen time.

i will post a screenshot about my usage.

ill give a idea of what i had on at the time.
7:30-7:55 = listening to music on headphones (30 seconds screen time)
8:00-8:10 = watching youtube on school wifi with headphones
8:10-8:20 = messing around with blinkfeed and home screen/browsing while i waited for my art teacher.
8:20-10:55= standby (wifi on)
11:00-11:05= browsing
11:05-12:00= standby (wifi on)
12:00-12:45= powered off (because during class i got messaged and the english teacher told me to power off)
12:45-3:15= standby (wifi on)
3:15-3:50= music with headphones (1-2 min screen time)
ok by the picture and the info im giving you guys can you tell me wether this phone performs
like a normal htc one should?
Thanks:)

oh and the battery from 100-70 doesnt last that long (1-1 1/2 hrs) but 65 downwards takes a while to deplete.
especially 30-20 percent. that took me 1 hour

Seems normal. Schools don't get great reception, so its taking your battery life, I don't use wifi at my school and listen to music for 5 hours straight, streaming through Google play, constant texting, and constant twitter refreshes. With 3g by the time I get home I'm at maybe 15-30%. With 4g (half my school has it depending on where I sit that day. ) I will have 30%-40% left. I get a full day worth on my battery with school (plugging in at 9pm ) when I don't have school I get about a day and a half or more life without even trying.

I would like to say this isn't normal but I went through 3 Verizon HTC Ones and all of them drained 1% ever minute with 4G on, wifi on when applicable, no BT, no NFC, 30% brightness, push email every hour, most sync off, so basically very dulled down. The Verizon version doesn't have power saving mode. 20% every hour sounds about right. I made it through 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with 20%-30% every day and that is when I basically used the phone for 40 minutes of screen time. I switched to an S4 and with basically the same settings I make it through the day but with 50%-60% left with little to moderate use (over an hour screen time).

The HTC One isn't great with battery, a lot of people have overlooked this because they go gaga over the aluminum design. In the end it is a very good phone but return it for a Xperia, wait for the Note 3, or Z1, or get a S4, which all will get better battery

Extrapolating out, that there would get you about 2 hours of screen time and about 37.5 hours off the charger total before it got to 0 percent. That sounds pretty normal to me.

The battery life for the ONE is fine,I can do the same life on a S4 , even less. Unless your a major business person then you'll be fine. My school has little to no signal, I'm still streaming music through sprints 3g(4g is in half of the school) texting and on twitter all day, I don't have to charge my phone till maybe 2 or 3 hours after school. My battery life is perfectly fine maybe your settings or apps are effecting it. Exchange it for another model and try,

I would venture to guess that the OP may be having some reception issues. If you are in an area with poor reception, or in a fringe area your phone may be looking for a signal or switching between 2g/3g/4g etc.
I live in Central NJ, and I am on T-mo. I have been getting excellent battery life even though I have found that the signal coverage is not as good as Verizon's. I imagine that this may have something to do with the phone being on the GSM band. I remember reading the GSM phones generally get better battery life than CDMA.

Today was drainin a lot
I went to school and played bout 35 min of minecraft and in 1 period battery drained 15%. The period was 1 hr 10 min

i had a battery calibration done by the app "battery HD", here are the results
Internet (WiFi) 00:30:00
2013.09.20 7%

Video 00:30:00
2013.09.20 5%

Music 00:30:00
2013.09.20 4%

by the way, the music was running with the screen off and the video was running without audio.
judging by these results tell me if this is normal.
i wouldve finished this thread off from the last result telling me my phone is normal, but day before i lost 15% battery with screen off in 1 period of classtime, which doesn't seem normal.

Why don't you just install a battery monitor app like one poster suggested and post some screenshots of the results.
