HTC one buttons???

Hey there all. Just picked up my AT&T One yesterday. Was there not an update in the past that enables some sort of adjustment to the buttons getting rid of the three dot menu button on screen etc???

No talbot yet that's in 4.2.2 which htc is skipping and going to 4.3 I the us and that will get rid of the three dot.

the update to get rid of the menu option (the big black bar in certain apps) is going to be in the android 4.3 update, which is said to be released towards the end of this month.
