HTC One Camera

This has probably been discussed but I can't seem to find it. When I take pictures with the HTC one they come out great. However they are small in MP and make it tough to print out even a small picture. Is there anyway to adjust the size of the picture (mega pixels?) I have searched the options and couldn't find what I thought might work.

The camera is only capable of 4 megapixels if I'm not mistaken.

What dio you mean that they don't print correctly? Is it the aspect ratio? 4 MP is more than enough to print a photo. Try the normal crop under the camera settings if you're printing 4"x6" regular pictures.
